Rick Wilkerson began his real estate career as a director of leasing and development in the 1970s. Over the course of the decade, he and a partner purchased, developed and rehabilitated approximately 10,000 apartment units and over 2 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space. They also employed nearly 1,000 people.

Mr. Wilkerson’s expertise spans every aspect of land development with two of the largest home builders in the U. S. and includes the delivery of thousands of lots to home builders. Over the course of his career, he has served as chief executive officer of several real estate-related companies, whose capabilities have included asset management, general-contractor services, and leasing and brokerage management.

In creating Madison Development in the 1990s, he developed a number of retail, offi ce and residential projects. Mr. Wilkerson has received numerous awards for his developments including special recognition by the U. S. Congress for his work in the area of real estate revitalization.

Michael Bolin brings to Development Team extensive experience in planning, design, development, construction, management and sales to the development team of Sundance Cove. His development ventures encompass millions of square feet of commercial-property development, as well as thousands of single- and multi-family residential units.

Mr. Bolin currently serves as a partner at White & Bolin Construction, Inc., which he co-founded with John White, also a developer of Sundance Cove.

With land development and construction experience dating back to the 1980s, John White brings valuable expertise to the development team of Sundance Cove. His expertise spans every aspect of land management and includes, but is not limited to, multiple utility districts (MUD), entitlements, engineering design and materials testing.

Mr. White has also served in senior management roles for D. R. Horton and KB Home. While serving as land development manager for D. R. Horton, Mr. White’s combined projects totaled 550 acres, 1700 lots and budgets in excess of $85 million. Currently, Mr. White is the owner of J. White Homes, Inc. and co-owner of White & Bolin Construction, Inc., which he founded with fellow Sundance Cove developer Michael J. Bolin. He brings extensive experience in successful, turnkey design-build development projects, which add to the business prowess of Sundance Cove’s development team.
